Welcome to The Bricks Kitchen & Bar to discover a real culinary adventure. Owned by Adrian and Dragos, two friends who share a passion for food and cooking, they both joined on a journey of taste in 2022 as Panini Supreme. The restaurant got a delicious transformation in 2023 to ensure you’ll get the taste of perfection. Our venue is the place where we blend international flair with the rich flavours of Romania. We meticulously cook everything fresh and each plate is our commitment to a flavourful dining experience.

Our Story

With our move to the UK in 2016, we found that there weren’t that many places that served fresh and tasty food, which is why we decided to open The Bricks. Our initial plan was to specialize in paninis, but we soon realized that our customers wanted more. This is why we expanded our menu to include a wide variety of main dishes such as fresh soups, pizza, pork ribs, chicken, burgers, and much more.
